Is there a long-term contract?
No. All plans are month to month with a 30-day notice period. We ask for a 3-month runway to judge results fairly, but you're never locked in.
Who writes the captions and creates the graphics?
We do. You send us raw material — photos, product info, promotions, or nothing at all in a quiet month — and we handle the writing, design, and editing.
Do I have to be on camera?
Not at all. Plenty of our clients never appear in their content. That said, businesses whose owner shows up on camera tend to outperform ones that don't, so we'll make it easy if you're willing.
How much of my time does this take?
About 20 minutes a month to review and approve the calendar, plus whatever time you want to spend sending us photos. Everything else is on us.
What if I don't like a post?
Say so in the approval queue and we'll revise it. Revisions are unlimited before a post runs — the calendar is not final until you sign off.
