These terms

These terms govern your use of https://neotierstudios.com and, where noted, our services. If we sign a separate service agreement with you, that agreement controls wherever it conflicts with what's written here.

What we provide

Neo Tier Studios produces and publishes social media content on a monthly subscription. The specific deliverables — post volume, platform count, video quantity, and any ads management — are set by the plan you select and confirmed in writing before work begins.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• Prices listed on this site are current at the time of publication. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of an active subscription.
• Paid advertising budget is separate from our management fee. Ad spend is billed by the platform directly to your account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Unpaid invoices may result in work being paused after written notice.

Cancellation

Subscriptions are month to month. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice, which takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Work already produced or scheduled within that period is delivered in full. We do not prorate refunds for a month already begun, and we do not charge a cancellation penalty.

What we need from you

• Access to the relevant social media accounts through the platforms' business tools.
• Accurate information about your business, offers, hours, and pricing.
• Timely review of the content calendar. If a calendar isn't approved or returned with revisions within five business days of delivery, we may publish it as submitted to keep your posting schedule intact.
• The legal right to use any photos, footage, logos, or other material you send us.

Ownership of content

On payment of the invoice covering it, the content we create for you is yours. You may keep using, editing, and republishing it after our engagement ends. We retain ownership of our internal templates, processes, and any tooling we build, and we may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Material you supply to us remains yours. You grant us permission to use it for the purpose of producing and publishing your content.

Results

We do not guarantee specific outcomes — follower counts, engagement rates, leads, or revenue. Social media results depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, your market, your pricing, and your operations. We commit to the deliverables in your plan and to reporting honestly on what those deliverables produced.

Platform rules

Your accounts are subject to the terms of the platforms they live on. We follow those rules and won't buy followers, use engagement bots, or employ tactics that risk your account. We are not responsible for platform decisions, including reach changes, account restrictions, or suspensions that arise from circumstances outside our work.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.

Website use

The content on this website is provided for information. Don't attempt to disrupt the site, submit false information through our forms, or use our contact details to send unsolicited marketing.
